1 bag (400 g) Europe’s Best® Roasted Gourmet Tuscan Inspired Blend
2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
2 tsp (10 mL) hot sauce
1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each celery salt, salt and pepper
4 cups (1 L) Clamato juice, chilled
1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
Fresh cilantro leaves


  1. Cook Europe’s Best® Roasted Gourmet Tuscan Inspired Blend according to package directions. Stir in lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt and pepper; transfer to blender and purée until smooth. Let cool completely.
  2. Stir in Clamato juice until thoroughly blended. Divide evenly among bowls and garnish with sour cream and cilantro.


Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.
