1 L (4 cups) Europe’s Best® Fire Roasted Sweet Potato Slices, frozen
30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh rosemary
30 mL (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Sea salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Line a large baking sheet or two smaller ones with parchment paper.
2. Toss all ingredients together and bake in preheated oven 6 minutes, turn and continue baking another 8-10 minutes until potatoes are golden. Serve.
