370 mL (1 can) Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
250 mL (1 cup) Europe’s Best® Sunburst Mangoes
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) frozen mango gelato or sorbet, small scoops
125 mL (1/2 cup) mango or vanilla yogurt
30 mL (2 tbsp) lime or lemon juice
15 mL (1 tbsp) brown sugar

Star Product


1. In a blender, combine mango, evaporated milk, gelato, yogurt, lime juice and sugar. 

2. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit. 



 • Garnish with mint leaves.
