Dark Chocolate Multi-Fruit Nut Bark

300g (10 oz) high quality dark chocolate, chopped
15mL (1 tbsp) orange zest
625mL (2 ½ cups) Europe’s Best® Fruit Essentials TM/MC Berry Cherry Medley, frozen
50mL (¼ cup) walnuts, toasted and chopped
28g (1 oz) white chocolate, melted, optional


  1. Line a medium 10” x 15” (25cm x 38cm) sized rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Melt dark chocolate in top of double boiler over medium heat, stirring until smooth, about 5 minutes. 
  3. Add orange zest. 
  4. Pour onto prepared baking sheet spreading it out to form a rectangle, about 10” x 8” (25cm x 20cm). 
  5. Quickly and evenly drop frozen fruit and toasted walnuts over chocolate and press down. 
  6. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired. 
  7. Freeze, 1-2 hours, or until chocolate is firm. 
  8. Remove from freezer and break into uneven pieces. 
  9. Enjoy.
