Blueberry Cranberry Sauce

Serves: 3 cups


750mL (3 cups) Europe’s Best® Wild Woodland Blueberries, frozen
500mL (2 cups) fresh cranberries
175mL (3/4 cup) water
125mL (1/2 cup) maple syrup or honey, or more to taste
125mL (1/2 cup) orange juice
30mL (2 tbsp) grated orange zest


  1. In a saucepan, combine fruit, water and syrup. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fruit is soft.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice and zest. (For a slightly thinner sauce, add additional water.
  3. Cool and serve.


Sauce can be prepared, covered and refrigerated for up to one week.
