Peanut Butter and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Rice Dream™ rice drink
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2 cups (500 mL) Europe’s Best Frozen 4-Field Berry Mix
2 tbsp (30 mL) Maranatha Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey 

Topping:
1 cup (250 mL) Europe’s Best Frozen 4-Field Berry Mix, thawed
2 tbsp (30 mL) Maranatha Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup (60 mL) goji berries
4 tsp (20 mL) chia seeds

Directions

  1. Purée Rice Dream™, avocado, frozen berries, peanut butter and honey in blender until smooth. Divide evenly among 2 bowls.
  2. Topping: Top each bowl with berries, dollop of peanut butter, goji berries and chia seeds.

Tips

Replace peanut butter with almond butter if desired.
Replace chia seeds with hemp seeds if desired.
