Strawberry Banana Split Smoothie

Serves: 5 cups (1.25 L)


500 mL (2 cups) Europe's Best® Sliced Country Strawberries, frozen
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
250 mL (1 cup) diced fresh, canned or frozen pineapple
1 banana, cut up
175 mL (3/4 cup) strawberry or vanilla yogurt
15 mL (1 tbsp) honey (optional)

30 mL (2 tbsp) Chocolate Syrup (optional)


1.  In a blender, combine strawberries, evaporated milk, pineapple, banana, yogurt and honey.

2.  Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.

3.  Pour into serving glasses and drizzle over chocolate syrup.
